The lashes are virtually weightless and as each lash is darker than natural lashes, there's no need for mascara, although you can apply mascara specifically for eyelash extensions to the tips to enhance them further.
Eyelash extensions can last indefinitely with re-fills, as the lash cycle naturally drops 1-5 lashes a week, just come back in for touch-ups to replace the lost lashes every 2-4 weeks.

Glamorous Lash Extensions are an even distribution of approximately 75 lashes per eye for a glamorous dramatic set to create a set of longer and thicker lashes, with different ‘curl’s’, that give depth and thickness emphasing the eyes. They look fabulous and feel great.
Designer Lash Extensions (with eyelash tint*)
Designer Lashes places an extension on every other lash with 60-80 lashes per eye! There are several types of designer lashes; super thick lashes, lashes split into two (Y-Lash) or three (W-Lash) strands which give a more dramatic and fuller effect or mink lashes for pure opulence which are super soft and give extra shine! Lash Touch-ups
As part of the natural lash growth process, to keep lashes looking full and fabulous a touch-up is required every 2-4 weeks.
Lash Aftercare
Proper home care is essential for maximising the life of your new eyelash extensions. The first 24 hours are most important. This is when your extensions are bonding to your natural lashes. You can extend the life of your extensions by not showering, washing your eyes, tanning, applying creams or lotions to the eye area, applying mascara or other eye makeup, touching your lashes, using saunas, hot tub or steam rooms, swimming, exercising, wearing your contacts, and sleeping on your lashes during this time.
After the first 24 hours, there is little need to adjust your lifestyle. However, your eyelash extensions will last longer if you don't touch your lashes excessively, use oil-based products on your face, wear a lot of mascara or other eye makeup, and/or frequently expose your lashes to heat sources (steam rooms, tanning salons, saunas, hot tubs, hot yoga classes, etc.
