Online Booking
If using the form provided please be aware this is a request, not an appointment. You do not have an appointment until you have a verbal or email confirmation. Appointments need to be booked at least 24hrs in advance and upon confirmation a 50% deposit may be required for week day appointments and a 100% deposit for week-ends.
You can book up to one month in advance. The salon will accept walk-ins, however to ensure you do get a treatment at a time that suits you we suggest you book in advance.
All mobile appointments require a morning confirmation call at 9.30am.

Pricing
Wax and Lash reserves the right to modify, raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask when you book an appointment.
Cancellation
Please ensure you allow 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment on order to avoid a cancellation charge which is the 50% paid in advance for week days and 100% for week-end appointments.
Appointments afterhours (10pm or Sundays)
Appointments made either on a Sunday and/or after 10pm or follow on after 10pm carry a 50% surcharge.
Travel Costs for Mobile Service
Unfortunately, due to the high costs of travel in central London, the Congestion Charge and parking meters, our therapists could travel to your home via a black cab. All travel costs will be minimal and added to the final bill.
Insurance
All Wax and Lash therapists are fully covered for professional and product liability.
Payment
We take full payment by credit or debit card after treatment has taken place. All details are kept secure.
Privacy
All personal details are treated in the strictest confidence.
Miscelleanous
We reserve the right to refuse appointment requests and to leave an appointment if a therapist feels in any way uncomfortable with her surroundings.
